Viehweg’s Topics, Article 9 UCC, the “Kautelarische Sicherheiten” and the Hungarian Secured Transactions Law Reform

Tibor provides an analysis of whether the return to the ‘traditional’ rules – which have proved to be in essence unsatisfactory in the past decades – could at all lead to the intended revival of credit life in Hungary, or in any other country undertaking reforms, in the area of secured transactions law.
