Suspension of the Enforcement of Awards under Article VI of the New York
Convention - Proof and LSAs

Matthew Secomb writes on one of the key developments in the application of the New
York Convention in the last decade has been with regards to Article V:
the enforcement of awards that have been suspended or annulled at the place
of arbitration. In his paper, Matthew discusses current developments in relation
to Articles V and VI of the New York Convention in light of the recent decision
of Hallen v. Angedal.
