Generations in Arbitration VI Hong Kong:
Roadmap: Lessons from the past and visions for the future of international arbitration

This year's conference will cover, inter alia, CIETAC, Hong Kong, "What clients want from international arbitration", "Emerging markets in international arbitration", "Impact of technology", "Innovations in complex arbitrations", "Issues in enforcement", and an outlook for the future. The conference will close with a cocktail function.

Successfully launched in Hong Kong in 2004, the Generations in Arbitration Conference stands for the unique combination of a student seminar and a workshop for practitioners being held on an annual basis prior to the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna. The objective is to promote international arbitration and bridge the gap between students and experienced practitioners. Generations in Arbitration is organised and hosted by the Moot Alumni Association (MAA).
